  9. Once the cooking is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes, then carefully do a quick release.
  10. Remove the pork from the pot and shred it using two forks.
  11. Optional: For crispy carnitas, transfer the shredded meat to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for a few minutes.
